PDF Form Publishing

PDF+ Forms works with the TeleForm Designer Module, allowing any TeleForm user to generate fill-able forms as PDF files. The Designer is also used to add point & click JavaScript rules to PDF forms, which enable client-side entry validation checking.

Better Than HTML Forms

PDF+ Forms creates standard PDF 4.0 files, which can be used within Adobe Acrobat or other PDF applications. PDF forms can be completed over the Web, using the popular Acrobat Reader. PDF forms are superior to HTML forms because they look the same as paper forms, and they can be distributed using Email or standard file transfer systems. PDF forms can also be partially completed and saved, without a live connection to a Web server.

The Paper-Digital Continuum

Forms created with PDF+ Forms look identical online as they do when printed. This gives users the option to complete forms online, where data is collected automatically by TeleForm, or print forms and complete by hand. Completed paper forms get back into the digital collection process by use of a scanner or fax.

PDF+ Forms turns the Adobe PDF file format into a "professional online forms" format. Using the product organizations can:

• Design new forms with point & click tools and publish them in Adobe PDF format
• Convert existing paper forms into fill-able PDF forms with point & click tools
• Add "submit" features to online PDF forms that automatically process form information to server and back office applications
• Embed data validation and verification features into PDF forms that are submitted online via Web or Email clients
